The Beautiful Blues .MP3

LYRICS
There’s beauty there
Though it might look
Like it’s ugly
If you stand back
Take it all in
Then you’ll begin
To see
The light shine on
Shine on everything
Oh, oh, everywhere
There’s beauty there
The way she walks
Is very smooth
The way she talks
It really soothes
When she looks me
Right in the eye
I easily see
All the beauty
Beautiful blues
Color of her eyes
She really moves
Beautiful blues
Oh, so sorry
I don’t mean ta’stare
Oh, oh, Lordy,
Your mighty fair
Attractively feminine
Feast for my famine
Let my eyes take you in
Again and again and a….
You’re a tasty fare
A Different Christmas Song

ABOUT THE SONG
How can a songwriter go about writing a Christmas song without coming off as bogus? Sincerity is a crucial element. After all, why write a Christmas song? What is the purpose?
If the purpose is to spread the message, even if it is only touches one other person, it would appear to be a valid song. In fact, why not write it for Jesus to sing?
This song embodies these concepts. In addition, it was written because “I wanted to hear a different Christmas song.” I wanted a new song that I could listen to over and over again without getting sick of hearing it. Since I could not find an existing song, I had to write a new one. Though I don’t consider myself a gifted or talented, I can scribe inspiration that comes from above.

LYRICS
One fine evening
An angel came my way
Asking, “have you anything…
Anything to say?”
As I nodded
I couldn’t find a way
To say words quite right
For the message I’d convey
Without pausing
As if in second sight
What she said
Just popped into my head
A meaning
For which no scribe can describe
A universal message
Sent down from above
That Man should not abandon
The hope that comes from love
Let us pass into
The age of the message
Let us pass through
The Message Age
Message
That Man should not abandon
The hope that comes from love
Attention Span
by admin on Nov.01, 2009, under lyrics, The Beatless Sense Mongers, The Newest Story Ever Told
It goes in one ear
And, out the other
Never coming near
The attention span
Never coming in
Clear
It’s a good thing
We don’t depend
On our bridging
The gap
If the synapse
Is an indicator…
Or, we’d all be
Later
If we let time lapse
Everything we fear
Will be upon us
So, lets gain focus
Less it be our end
Let’s hear it clear
It can’t go in one ear
And, out the other
Forever missing –
The attention span
No, no, no
Instead,
Let’s be led
To human, upon human,
Forming The Attention Span
We can
Span any divide
No matter how wide –
The attention span
Bridge any distance
No matter how far
Overcome resistance
To being bizarre
The attention span
After all,
What’s so bizarre
To listening?
Needn’t fall
Maim or mare
Global positioning
The attention span
Of human

Somewhat Strange

B / Cm Dim / Bm
Peering at my peers
I see their fears
Of being different
Making them intolerant
Of those that are
Peering at my peers
I see their fears
Of being slightly odd
Making them rob
The innocence
Of those that are
Peering at my peers
I see their fears
Of being somewhat strange
Making them re-arrange
Their arrogance
A bit too far
There go
Id and ego
Rampaging
Super ego
Locked up tight
Trample my right
To be free
To be me
What a pity
Their conformity
What a shame
To ruin the game
Hey, robot!
Why not
Get loose
And, lighten up
Over the hump
You choose
Your cage
You choose
Your age
Fall Over
by admin on Oct.13, 2009, under lyrics, The Beatless Sense Mongers, The Newest Story Ever Told
C / C7 / Gm / Bb
The summer
Came and went
So quickly
Now, the fall
Is settling in
The numb-er
Is the gent
Who luckily
Missed the ball
In oblivion
Unaware
It’s the season
Of Change
Unaware
There’s reason
To re-arrange
Unaware
Or doesn’t care
To share
Soon winter
Will arrive
Moving closer
To a new year
To a new age
Sets the stage
For “all clear”
No more loser
Left alive
Come together
The fall
Will be over
And all
Come together
Fall over
Val-You (Will You Value Me?)
by admin on Oct.13, 2009, under lyrics, The Beatless Sense Mongers, The Newest Story Ever Told
Tell me this again:
Time is growing thin
Many will lose
And, some may win
The who whose
Baring a grin
Looked within
And, gave throughout
The entire route
From birth to death
Earns worth
One second’s value
Is the same as two
The value holds true
I can’t save time
For a rainy day
I can’t accumulate
At any rate
Time
I’m
To emulate
My potential
The energy in me
Make my genetic
Kinetic
The value in me
Figure how
To find the value
In now
One second’s value
Is the same as two…
Or more
The value holds true
For sure
Put meant
In every
Moment
Make very
Important
The present
Can’t Wait
by admin on Oct.12, 2009, under lyrics, The Beatless Sense Mongers, The Newest Story Ever Told
I just can’t wait
No, I can’t wait
I just can’t wait
I anticipate the date of our fate
When we see
Our destiny
We set a course in motion
And, according to Newton
We’re about to learn
That this object in motion
Is going to destruct
Under it’s own propulsion
I just can’t wait
Anticipate the date of our fate
Where we collapse
Under our own weight
Do we love to love
Do we love to hate
Do we hate hate?
ComFuture.com

We are constantly looking for a new sound… a genre of music that has not been discovered. It seemed fitting to use one of these experiments for the ComFuture.com Theme Song.
